Privacy Policy

How Estudio RGC collects, uses and protects your personal data, under Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic.

Who is responsible for your data

RGC Argentina SA (Estudio RGC) is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through this site. For any question about your data, write to us at info@rgc.ar.

What data we collect

We collect the data you send us voluntarily when you apply to a role or write to us: name, email, phone, desired compensation (if you provide it), your cover letter and your CV, and optionally a cover letter as a file.

We don't ask for sensitive data and we ask you not to include any. We may also record technical browsing data to understand how the site is used.

What we use them for

We use your data for a single purpose: to assess your application and, if your profile moves forward, to contact you. We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Submission is voluntary

Sending your CV and personal data through this site is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement to be considered in any selection process. You can apply by other means, for example by email, without entering your data in the form, and choosing not to do so does not affect your candidacy in any way.

We only use the data you send us to assess your application.

Who we share them with

Only the people at RGC involved in the selection process have access to your data. We may use providers that help us run the site and send you confirmation emails, always under confidentiality obligations and without using your data for their own purposes. We don't sell or rent your data.

How long we keep them

We keep your application for the duration of the selection process and for a reasonable period afterward, in case a role comes up that fits your profile. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, update it and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@rgc.ar.

The owner of the personal data may exercise the right of access to it free of charge at intervals no shorter than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the enforcement authority for Law No. 25.326, has the power to hear complaints and claims filed in connection with breaches of the personal data protection rules.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, with criteria appropriate to its sensitivity. No system is infallible, but we look after your information.

Users outside Argentina

We process your data in Argentina, under Argentine law. If you are in the European Union or the United States, you may have additional rights under your local law: write to us at info@rgc.ar and we'll help you exercise them.

The European Union recognizes Argentina as a country with an adequate level of data protection, so transfers of data from the European Union to Argentina are permitted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We always publish the current version on this page, with the date it was last updated.
