Ramón Rodríguez-Martínez
Founding partner
Ramón Rodríguez-Martínez is a co-founder of Estudio RGC. He has worked for more than thirty years in technology for energy, oil, gas and mining, from seismic and geographic information systems in the 1990s to today's real time data platforms and field to cloud solutions.
He led business development for digital products at NOV, ran technology at global scale at Petrolink, and founded PetroDAQ.
His focus is helping operators modernize their systems without stopping the operation, with recent work on high-speed data acquisition in Vaca Muerta. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 2006 and lives in Houston, working between the United States and Argentina.
María Paula Graña
Founding partner
María Paula Graña is a co-founder of Estudio RGC. She is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina and holds an Executive MBA from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, with a thesis on the transformation of the oil and gas industry.
She has directed projects and programs for more than fifteen years, with PMP certification and training in agile methods such as Scrum. She spent more than eight years at one of Argentina's leading oil and gas operators, leading projects in technology and business processes across Exploration and Production in Argentina, Peru and Ecuador.
She also teaches and supervises theses in the graduate programs on project management at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad Di Tella. At Estudio RGC she brings the discipline of management and method that makes change hold.
